高粗茎秆农作物切割刀片试验研究

摘    要:针对高、粗茎秆农作物无适用切割装置和切割刀片性能不佳,研制了回转式切割器及配套切割刀片,并分析了切割刀片用材、结构和金相显微组织等对切割效率与使用寿命的影响。计算和田间试验结果表明:设计的刀具结构合理,刀片切割效果好,使用寿命长,田间适应性强,适宜于高、粗茎秆农作物的收割,生产效率高,推广前景广阔。

Abstract:In view of no suitable device used for cutting crops of thick and tall stems and the disadvantage of the cutting blade, a new rotating cutting device and necessary accessories blade have been developed. The material, construction and microstructure of the blade affecting the cutting efficiency and service life were also analyzed. The results of the field experiment and calculation showed that the blade was rational in construction, perfect in cutting efficiency and long in service life, being appropriate for cutting thick and tall stem crops.
