| Abstract: | The employing of a great deal of casual workers in libraries of universities reveals some problems caused by this situation: heckling for humanitarianism and humanistic management;core operation is contracted out;kinds of disadvantages such as influence on construction of manpower resources and smooth development of whole work.To solve this situation,the article offers projects in various ways. |
