| 摘 要： | 面对近海捕捞强度过大、渔业资源衰退、生态环境恶化、渔业产业链水平低下的现状，我国渔业面向科技型、生态型、设施型的可持续发展方向，大力发展现代渔业。文章在明确现代渔业的概念与特征、意义之后，提出衡量现代渔业的指标以及现代渔业的发展战略。

| Abstract: | China＇s fishery faces the current situations such as great fishing intensity in the offing, decline of fisheries resources, deterioration of the ecological evironment low levels of fishery industry chains, and turn in the direction of sustainable development, including technology based, ecotype and facilities based in order to develop the modern fishery rapidly. This paper defines the coception, charateristics and signification of modem fishery, the puts forward the indexes ranking and development strategy of modern fishery. |
