地下水库的实践经验探讨

因地制宜修建地下水库作为一项“绿色生态工程”是解决水资源稀缺问题的战略选择。本文在阐述地下水库含义的基础上,结合国内外地下水库的研究现状与实践经验,探讨了其在解决水资源稀缺性方面的优势及不足之处,对地下水库发展态势进行了展望。

Foreground analysis and practice experience on the problem of building groundwater reservoir to solve water scarcity

Building underground reservoir when the circumstances permit to do as a “green ecological engineering”, which is a stratagem to solve water scarcity. This paper gives a reasonable forecast of the groundwater reservoir’s development in China of future, on the basis of explaining the definition of groundwater reservoir, discussing the advantage and disadvantage of groundwater reservoir in solving water scarcity, bringing in the concept of water right and water management, according to the present research situation and practice experience at home and abroad.
