摘    要:以不结球白菜为试材,对其可育和不育植株花药进行细胞学观察.结果表明,在花粉母细胞时期,可育和不育植株没有明显差异.减数分裂后,两者都可以顺利形成四分体,接着可育花药的四分体可以释放出小孢子并发育成成熟的花粉粒,同时绒毡层细胞开始解体,最后消失;而不育花药却不能释放小孢子,而是被膨大的绒毡层挤聚在一起,最后解体,成熟花药中也没有花粉粒的产生.

Abstract:The fertile and sterile anthers of a non-heading Chinese cabbage with multiple allele heredity hypothesis were observed with microscope.The observation result showed that there were no obvious differences in microspore mother cell stage between the fertile and sterile anthers and they could both finish meiotic prophase stage and formed tatrads.After that stage,the fertile anther could release the microspores and mature pollens would be formed,but the sterile anthers could not do it.At the same time,tapetum of the fertile anthers began to disappear and that of sterile anthers were swelling and expanded and crowded the tatrads.There was no pollen grain in the mature anthers.
