| 摘 要： | 本文在分析世界海洋渔业资源现状的基础上，提出预警系统是实现海洋渔业资源可持续利用的重要手段之一。本文介绍了海洋渔业资源可持续利用预警系统的概念、研究框架、内涵与特点，系统介绍了海洋渔业资源可持续利用预警系统中警义、预警指标的含义及其研究内容，并分析预警系统运行机制。最后初步构建了海洋渔业可持续利用预警指标体系的框架。

| Abstract: | Based on the current condition of marine fishery resources in the world,this paper indicates that warning system is of one the important methods in realizing the sustainable use of marine fishery resources.The paper also introduces the concept,structure,content and characteristics of early warning system in the sustainable use of marine fishery resources.The paper analyzes the concept and content of both warning means and warning indicator in the early warning system,and the running mechanism of early warning system as well.In the end,the paper initially builds the system structure of warning indicators in the sustainable use of marine fishery resources. |
