福建河田盆地水土流失地区用林草措施治理的研究

河田是福建省长汀县严重的水土流失地区，已有一百多年危害的历史。解放前曾进行治理，但没有成功。解放后治理工作时断时续，水土流失不断加剧，直至1981年起才开始进行有效的治理，本文首先对河田的水土流失作了历史回顾；接着对近年来的治理工作进行了科学评价；最后根据地带性学说对根治水土流失提出了新的观点，那就是：草先行，草灌乔结合，建成一个中亚热带的森林生态系统。

Study on treatment of soil and water loss with forest-grass measures in hetian basin of fujan province

Hetian is well-known as a region with a history of more than one hundred years'' soil and water loss. Before 1949, attempts had been made to treat the loss, but in vain. After 1949, there had been some discontinuous work but the soil and water loss became more serious until 1981,when an efficient treatment was conducted. This paper looks back upon the history of the soil and water loss, and then gives a scientific evalution of the recent years'' work. Finally, drawing upon the theory of zonality it puts forward a new suggestion for the permanent control of soil and water loss, that is, grass planting as the first step, and then a combination with bushes and arbores so as to form a forest ecological system of the median subtropics.
