摘    要:【目的】为推动生态农业持续健康发展,对鱼菜共生式生态农场的发展质量进行全面、客观评估。【方法】运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法,结合鱼菜共生系统特质,综合生态效益、产品效益、盈利水平、社会效益及发展潜力5个一级因素与19个二级因素构建发展质量评价体系,并对山东省艾维农场进行个案分析。【结果】在准则层中,盈利水平所占权重最大,为0.418 5。在方案层中,游客观光、采摘与就餐收入、技术模式输出程度与商品化产品售卖程度是提升农场发展质量的重要推力,所占权重依次为0.166 9、0.101 7、0.101 7。在个案分析中,艾维农场综合评价等级为“优秀”,在资源利用率、企业产业链辐射程度等方面具有较强的示范性。【结论】建议政府完善政策体系并重视相关技术推广,有关部门加强产品认证工作,企业加强品牌建设并注重多渠道宣传。

Abstract:In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of ecological agriculture and to construct a comprehensive and objective assessment of the development quality of the fish-vegetable symbiosis ecological farm, using expert consultation method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combined with the characteristics of fish and vegetable symbiosis system, five first-level factors including comprehensive ecological benefit, product benefit, profit level, social benefit and development potential and 19 second-level factors were used to construct a development quality evaluation system, and conduct a case analysis of Shandong Aiwei Farm.In the criterion layer, the profit level had the largest weight, which was 0.418 5. In the program, tourist income from sightseeing, picking and dining, the degree of technical model output, and the degree of commercialized product sales were important driving forces for improving the quality of farm development, and their weights were 0.166 9, 0.101 7, and 0.101 7,respectively.In the case analysis, the comprehensive evaluation grade of Aiwei Farm was "excellent", which had a strong demonstrative in terms of resource utilization rate and the radiation degree of the company''s industrial chain. It is recommended that the government improves the policy system and pays attention to the promotion of related technologies, relevant departments should strengthen product certification, and enterprises should strengthen brand-building and pay attention to multi-channel publicity.
