激光超声技术在纳米检测与表征中的研究进展

摘    要:对激光超声技术的产生机理和常用的检测方法进行了综述,重点介绍了激光超声检测技术在纳米材料检测与表征中的应用现状,并提出了其存在问题和今后的发展方向.

Abstract:The basic theory of laser ultrasound and detection methods in common use were reviewed. Its applied actuality at nano-material detection and characterization were introduced with details. Main questions and developing direction were put forward, too.
