摘    要:应用同位素示踪法,测定了分别饲喂低硒(0.0068ppmSe)基础日粮和补硒(0.1ppmSe)日粮的4周龄来航鸡,对~(75)Se—亚硒酸钠的吸收和排泄。实验鸡注射一次~(75)Se—亚硒酸钠液,经7天排泄后,低硒日粮组动物,~(75)Se在体内的存留量为40.85%,而补硒日粮组,则为24.79%;当实验鸡每天嗉囊注射一次~(75)Se—亚硒酸钠液,连续注射7天时,在7天期间,低硒组和补硒组动物,体内~(75)Se的存留量都逐日增高,且明显高于仅注射一次~(75)Se—亚硒酸钠,并经相同时间排泄后的实验组动物;~(75)Se在实验鸡组织器官中的分布,也测得了相同的结果。

Abstract:The absorption and excretion of ~(75)Se—Selenite in Leghorn chicks fed a basal diet low in selenium (0.0068ppm Se) with or without a supplement of 0.1ppm Se as Na_2SeO_3 at the age of 4 weeks were determined by means of tracer technique. After the injection of a single dose of ~(75)Se—Selenite solution into the chicks for 7 days, the body retention of ~(75)Se was 24.79% or 40.85% in the chicks fed with or without a supplement. When the solution was injected into the chicks daily for 7 days, the body retention of ~(75)Se increased daily in both groups of experimental chicks, and was singnificantly higher than that in those given a single dose. Similar result was observed in the measurement of distribution of ~(75)Se in the tissues and the organs (heart, liver,spleen, lung, kidney, pancreas, muscle and blood) of the two groups of chicks.
