| Abstract: | Some production and research aspects of Chinese water chestnut (Eleocharis dulcis (Burm. f.) Trin. ex Hensch) in the United States were reviewed. The contents mainly include the introduction into the United States, the distribution and resources preservation of Chinese water chestnut; import of Chinese water chestnut product; the studies of cultivation method of burying netting under the substrate, peeling and storage of Chinese water chestnut. |
