紫花苜蓿品种及刈割茬次对产量及营养价值的影响

摘    要:为了探讨收割茬次对紫花苜蓿产量及营养价值的影响,选取了3个紫花苜蓿品种(新牧1号、新牧2号、当地苜蓿),分别年收割三茬,并测定其单位面积鲜重、干重,测定常规营养成分。结果表明,新牧2号和当地苜蓿鲜草产量和干草产量显著高于新牧1号紫花苜蓿(P<0.05)。新牧1号、新牧2号和当地紫花苜蓿在粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、无氮浸出物、钙含量方面差异不显著(P>0.05)。第一茬的营养价值优于第二茬和第三茬。总体来看,新牧2号紫花苜蓿产量和营养价值优于新牧1号紫花苜蓿。

Abstract:Three alfalfa varieties (Xinmu No.1、Xinmu No.2、Local alfalfa) were selected and mowed in the first crop (May 15, 2012), the second crop (2012 July 18, 2011) and the third crop (October 10, 2012).The fresh weight, the dry weight, the yield per unit area of the three varieties were calculated, then the crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), crude fiber (CF), crude ash (ASH), nitrogen free extract (NFE), calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) 7 conventional nutrients were determined. The results indicated that fresh yield and hay yield of Xinmu No.2 and Local alfalfa were significantly higher than that of Xinmu No.2(P<0.05). The difference among Xinmu No.1, Xinmu No.2 and Local alfalfa was not significant in the crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, crude ash, nitrogen free extract, and calcium (P>0.05). Base on cutting times, the nutritional value of the first crop was better than that of the second and third crops. Overall,the yield and nutritional value of the Xinmu No.2 was much better than Xinmu No.1 variety .
