摘 要: | 目的]研究当归多糖(水溶性)的微波辅助提取工艺,寻找更加高效的当归多糖生产途径和最佳提取条件.方法]以多糖提取率为考察指标,采用单因素分组试验和正交优化试验考察微波辅助法提取当归多糖的工艺条件.结果]微波辅助提取当归多糖的最优条件为:功率500 W,提取时间20 min,料液比为1:15(W/V,g/ml,下同);在此条件下,多糖的提取率达到7.82%.结论]该工艺适合当归多糖的提取.

Abstract: | Objective] The microwave-assisted extraction method was used to study the extraction technique of the polysaccharides from Angelica sinensis.Method] Using the polysaccharide yields as an index of extraction efficiency,the single factor experiment and the orthogonal optimization experiment were used to study the extracting conditions of the methods.Results] The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions of the method was as followed: the microwave power 500 W,the ratio of solid to solvent(g/ml) 1∶ 15,the extraction time 20 min,respectively,under the condition,its yield was 7.82%.Conclusion] The process was suitable for the extraction of polysaccharide from Angelica sinensis. |
