摘    要:以菠菜为试验对象,研究了各基因型菠菜对镉的吸收累积差异及镉对菠菜生理代谢的影响.结果表明,经过10 mg/ml镉处理后,菠菜地上部、根部镉含量分别为129.69~290.15、87.26~1 487.67 μg/g.地上部及根部镉含量和镉积累量基因型间存在0.05水平显著差异,且镉主要累积在菠菜的根部.同时,镉影响菠菜对大量元素的吸收、分配.地上部Zn含量降低,根部Mn和Zn含量增加.无论地上部还是根部,Fe含量都增加.

Genotypic Differences of Microelements Concentrations among Cultivars of Spinach Exposed to Cadmium

Abstract:The genotypic differences and effects on cadmium(Cd) concentrations and accumulations in spinach(Spinacia oleracea) growth were studied.The effects of cadmium absorption and accumulation on the physiological metabolisms were analyzed.It was shown that sixteen cultivars of spinach were grown in the nutrient solutions containing 10 mg/ml of cadmium in order to investigate genotypic differences in the effects of cadmium exposure during the plant growth.Cadmium concentrations in spinach ranged from 129.69 to 290.15 μg/g DW in shoots and from 87.26 to 1 487.67 μg/g DW respectively in roots after exposed in cadmium.Moreover,cadmium mainly accumulated in the roots.And it also caused some changes in uptake genotypic differences of cadmium concentrations and accumulations in both shoots and roots were observed among and distribution of nutrients in spinach.Under the influence of cadmium,the concentration of zinc(Zn) decreased in shoot and the concentration of manganese(Mn) and zinc(Zn) increased in roots.In addition,cadmium exposure resulted in an increase in ferrum(Fe) concentrations in both shoots and roots.
