| 摘 要： | 以1996 ～ 2008年新和县建设用地相关数据为基础,通过对这12年来建设用地动态变化进行分析,运用灰色预测模型预测了该县2012 ～2021年建设用地的需求变化情况,为相关部门加强宏观调控,合理供给建设用地,保证国家、新疆重点建设项目用地,促进城镇化发展提供科学依据.

Analysis and Prediction of Construction Land Demand in Xinhe County |

| Abstract: | Based on the data of construction land use from 1996 to 2008 in Xinhe County,the dynamic changes of construction land use in the past twelve years were analyzed,gray forecasting model was used to predict the changing of construction land demand in the next decade,which will provide scientific basis for the relevant departments strengthening macroeconomic control,properly applying for construction land,guaranteeing national,Xinjiang key projects land,promoting urbanization development. |
