摘    要:采用乙腈提取,NH2固相萃取柱净化,建立了芦笋中抗蚜威及其代谢物(脱甲基抗蚜威、脱甲基甲酰胺基抗蚜威)残留量的UPLC/MS/MS测定方法.添加抗蚜威及其代谢物质量分数均为0.002、0.01、0.1 mg·kg-1,平均回收率在93.8%~100.8%,相对标准偏差在3.9%~9.1%,定量限均为0.002 mg·kg1.

Abstract:Asparagus samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by NH2 solid phase extraction column. An accurate UPLC/MS/MS method for the determination of pirimicarb and its metabolites in asparagus was developed. Precision and accuracy were assessed by adding pirimicarb and its metabolites in asparagus at three concentration levels (0.002, 0.01 and 0.1 mg·kg-1) and each with five replicates. The average recoveries of pirimicarb and its metabolites were between 93.8% and 100.8% with the RSDs between 3.9% and 9.1%, and the limits of quantitation were 0.002 mg·kg-1.
