摘    要:[目的]为海陆嫁接棉在江苏沿海地区推广提供科学栽培依据.[方法]以海岛棉比玛为砧木,以陆地棉中棉所75为接穗的海陆嫁接棉为材料,研究不同施肥量和密度对其生长发育和产量的影响.[结果]不同处理对海陆嫁接棉生长发育进程影响不大,对产量影响较大.适度增加施肥量、合理密植有利于提高籽棉产量.[结论]尿素931.5 kg/hm2、三元复合肥486 kg/hm2、过磷酸钙675kg/hm2、菜籽饼2700 kg/hm2与密度15000株/hm2的组合海陆嫁接棉籽棉产量最高,僵瓣花率较低,霜前花率较高.这是江苏沿海地区海陆嫁接棉合理的栽培施肥量与密度配比.

Effects of Different Amount of Fertilizer and Different Transplanting Densities on Growth and Yield of Grafted Cotton with Sea Island Cotton and Upland Cotton

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to provide the scientific cultivation basis for the grafted cotton in Jiangsu coastal areas.[Method]With sea island cotton Bima as rootstock and upland cotton Zhongmiansuo 75 as scions grafted cotton as material,the effects of different amount of fertilizer and different transplanting density on growth and yield of grafted cotton were studied.[Result] There was no significant effects on the growth of grafted cotton,but significant effects on the total yield of grafted cotton.Moderate increase in fertilization and rational close planting were helpful to improve seed cotton yield.[Conclusion] The highest seed cotton yield,lower rate of stiff flap cotton and higher rate of before frost cotton were gained when applying urea 931.5 kg/ha,NPK fertilizer 486 kg/ha,superphosphate 675 kg/ha and rapeseed dross 2 700 kg/ha and density 15 000 plants/ha.This combination is the reasonable cultivation fertilization amount and density of grafted cotton in Jiangsu coastal area.
