摘    要:[目的]了解单料烟主流烟气中焦油释放量/抽吸口数比与其烟叶常规化学成分含量间的相关性.[方法]采用连续流动分析仪与转盘式吸烟机分别测定了15个不同类型烤烟烟叶中的常规化学成分(总糖、总氮、还原糖、烟碱、钾、氯)的含量及其主流烟气中焦油释放量与抽吸口数.[结果]单料烟主流烟气中焦油/抽吸口数比与烟叶中的烟碱含量呈显著正相关,与烟叶中的总糖、还原糖、糖碱比、氮碱比呈显著负相关,与烟叶中的总氮、钾、氯、钾氯比不相关.[结论]该研究为卷烟工业企业低焦烤烟型卷烟配方设计提供参考.

Abstract:[Objective] To study the correlations between the tar/puff number in mainstream smoke of unblended cigarette and the conventional chemical constituents in tobacco leaf.[Method] The tar and puff number in mainstream smoke and the contents of conventional chemical constituents(total sugar,total nitrogen,reducing sugar,nicotine,potassium,chlorine) in 15 samples of flue-cured tobacco were determined by rotational smoking machine and continuous flow injection analyzer,respectively.[Result] The results showed that tar/puff number in mainstream cigarette smoke significantly positively correlated with the content of nicotine in tobacco leaves and significantly negatively correlated with the content of total sugar,reducing sugar,sugar-nicotine ratio and nitrogen-nicotine ratio in tobacco leaves and has no relationship with the content of total nitrogen,potassium,chlorine and potassium-chlorine ratio in tobacco leaves.[Conclusion] The study will provide reference for low tar flue-cured tobacco formula design.
