摘    要:目的]建立以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物,用大口径毛细管气相色谱测定三唑酮原药的方法。方法]以自制的大口径SE-30毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器测定。用保留时间定性,内标法定量。结果]结果表明,在所选择的色谱条件下,三唑酮和内标物在10min内很好地分离;三唑酮与内标物质量浓度比与它们的峰面积比有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9;样品加标回收率为99.7%~100.4%,相对标准偏差为0.053%。结论]该方法操作简便、快速、准确,适合在工厂推广。

Abstract:Objective] A wide-bore capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of triazolone was developed and diamyl phthalate was selected as the internal standard substance.Method] The developed procedure was as follow: Self-made wide-bore SE-30 capillary column and a flame ionization detector were used to determinate triazolone.The retention time of the peak was applied for qualitative analysis and the internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Result] Triazolone and the internal standard substance were well separated through SE-30 capillary column within 10 min,triazolone and internal standard substance mass concentration ratio and their peak area ratio achieved a nice line relation,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The recoveries for the spiked standards and the relative standard deviations were 99.7%-100.4% and 0.053% respectively.Conclusion] The method is simple,fast and accurate for determination of triazolone and suitable to apply in chemical company.
