自动控制介电式种子精选机的研制

摘    要:为了提高农作物种子的发芽率,研制了自动控制介电式种子精选机,该机采用89C52单片微处理机进行控制,实现了利用种子介电特性进行分选的目的。现场试验表明,该精选机工作稳定可靠,操作方便,性能满足种子精选的要求,具有广泛的推广前景。

Abstract:In this paper, a new design of the dielectric selecting machine of seeds, as well as its selecting process and microcomputer control method, were described. The new designed machine is used in selecting high quality seeds of grains and vegetables and improving their germinative ratio. It makes use of the dielectric characters of seeds with different physical and mechanical properties to separate off the seeds with different vitalities. The control system of the machine including the hardware and the software was also developed. The machine has the features of stable performance, simple operation and high quality of seed selection.
