摘    要:染色体片段代换系(chromosome segment substitution lines,CSSLs)又叫导入系(introgression lines,ILs),是在相同的遗传背景中导入供体亲本的染色体片段,如果代换系中只含有一个来自供体亲本的染色体片段则称为单片段代换系(single segment substitution lines,SSSLs).本实验利用陆地棉栽培种CCRI221(中棉所45)为受体,海岛棉海1为供体,通过高代同交和分子标记辅助选择相结合的方法,构建了1个由116个家系组成的染色体片段代换系群体.利用分布在棉花基冈组25个连锁群上的276个多态性标记对BC4F1世代进行检测.这些标记覆盖了棉花基因组2 347 cM,占棉花基冈组4 450 cM的52.7%.在每个家系中,代换片段最多的55个,最少的15个,平均32.92个,覆盖棉花基因组180.7~969 cM的,平均覆盖了502 cM.占检测长度(2 347 cM)的21.4%.在各家系中,每个连锁群平均包含0.1~8_3个海岛棉片段,平均覆盖每个连锁群0.2~54.2 cM,占每条连锁群被检测长度0.5-207 cM的10.3%~35.5%.本研究为棉花染色体单片段代换系的创制奠定了基础.

Abstract:Chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs), also called as introgession lines (ILs), carry a sin- gle or fewer donor segments in the same background of a recurrent genotype.
