低温慢速粮食通风干燥技术及其应用

摘    要:机械化收获在提高粮食收获作业速度的同时,也使粮食含水率保持在高水平,极易导致粮食发热霉变。推出两种简单、实用、经济的粮食干燥技术,阐述其工作原理和优缺点,介绍低温慢速通风干燥技术参数的选择依据,为该技术的应用和解决农户收获后粮食储藏难题提供参考。

Abstract:While the mechanization harvesting technology can improve the speed of harvesting,it also keeps the grain moisture at a higher level,which is very likely for grains to develop moulds.This article deals with two simple pragmatic methods to make dry grains. The author expounds the principle and merits and shortcomings of the two methods,discusses the selection of the relevant parameters so as to provide reference for farmers to adopt this technique.
