摘    要:通过研究不同土壤水分条件下茶树水势、合成机能和代谢机能的动态变化,结果表明,在土壤干旱或渍水条件下,茶树体内的水势下降,叶片生育受阻,新梢电导率增大,新梢中多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性减弱,茶树的光合作用及合成代谢活动降低,干物质产量下降,从而导致茶叶产量和品质下降。干旱对茶叶的产量影响较大,湿害对茶叶品质的危害更为明显。

Effect of the Soil Water Content on the Physiological Process of Tea Plant
Abstract:The dynamic states of the water potential of the shoot,synthetic function and metabolize function of tea plant were investigated under the condition of different soil water content. Results showed that under the condition of drought or waterlogging,the water potential droped,the growth of the leaf slowed.Results also showed that under the condition mentioned,there were decreases in the activities of the polyphenol oxidase and peroxidasc activities of the shoot,the capacities of photosynthesis and synthetic m(?)tabolizm of tea plant,but,increase in the electrical conductivity of the shoot.The authors proved the significant effect of drought on the yield, waterlogging on the quality.
