鸡腿蘑多糖对昆明小鼠血清溶菌酶活性影响的研究

摘    要:鸡腿蘑多糖(CcP)能明显提高昆明小鼠血清溶菌酶活性,腹腔注射多糖后各处理组血清溶菌酶活力都明显提高,其中CcP6.25实验组尤为显著,该组在用药92h后,酶活力达63076u/mL。CcP50实验组在用药96h后酶力高,约达57061u/mL。CcP25实验组在用药72hr后酶活力达最高,达58430u/mL。

Abstract:This article studied the activity of serum lysozyme in Kunming mice which was intraperitoneally injected polysaccharide from Coprinus comatus(Ccp).These results indicate that the activity of serum lysozyme is markedly elevated at the presence of Ccp.The highest activity of serum lysozyme in immunized mice emerges after 96 hours at the dosage of 6 25mg/kg weight.The activity of serum lysozyme is 63076u/mL,compared with that of 43038u/mL in the control group.It is suggested that the nonspecific immunity of Kunming mice can be enhanced by Ccp.
