子宫内膜炎致病菌的分离鉴定

[目的]为了弄清子宫内膜炎的致病菌种类和数量。[方法]本试验对张掖市百万头肉牛基地患子宫内膜炎的60头母牛进行病原菌分离、鉴定。从60份样品中分离出8种共计174株细菌。对所有分离株进行10种药物的敏感性试验。[结果]表明:恩诺杀星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、卡那霉素、氟苯尼考均对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌敏感:青霉素、氨苄青霉素、氟苯尼考均对蜡样芽孢杆菌、三种葡萄球菌和两种链球菌敏感。[结论]说明在实践中需要采取综合预防和治疗的措施。

Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Bacteria Resulting in Cow Endometritis

[Objective]To investigate the types and quantity of pathogenic bacteria resulting in cow endometritis. [Method] Based on a total of 60 cows suffering from endometritis,8 kinds of a total of 174 strains of bacteria was isolated. All isolates were carried out 10 different kinds of drug sensitivity test. [Result]The results showed that Enrofloxacin, Ofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Kanamycin, Florfenicol, were sensitive for E. coli and salmonella. Moreover,Penicillin, Ampicillin,Florfenicol, were sensitive for bacillus cereus,three kinds of staphylococcus aureus and two kinds of streptococcus. [Conculsion]The comprehensive prevention and treatment was necessary for cow endometritis causing by pathogenic bacteria in practice.
