| 摘 要： | 经济补偿政策是退耕还林中最主要的激励政策。现行的经济补偿政策缺乏有效性和稳定性,补偿期限短,补贴价格不合理,对地方财政补偿不够。应完善经济补偿政策,搞好产业结构调整,采取配套措施,增强农户的自我“造血”功能。

| Abstract: | Economy compensation policy is the most important encourage policy to reuse farmland for forestlnd but now it is absent from effectiveness and stability,short of compensation term,unjust subsidy price,overlarge local government pressure.We should consummate economy compensation policy,adjust industry,actualize correspondence measure and increase farmer obtaining employment's opportunity. |
