摘    要:以津优35为试材,在黄瓜幼苗期用30mg/L矮壮素溶液于嫁接后第7天喷1次(CK)和嫁接后第7天及第11天各喷1次,共两个处理,在六叶期进行形态及生理指标的检测。结果表明,喷2次矮壮素处理黄瓜节间长度缩短,第6节节间长度比CK植株平均短5.06cm;主根缩短31.3%,侧根的发生和伸长困难;叶片颜色加深,叶绿素8含量提高近20%;保护酶活性降低,可溶性蛋白含量降低,代谢受抑。

Abstract:Jinyou 35 was selected as the material to study the effects of chlormequat on the morphological and physiological indices of cucumber seedlings.The cucumber seedlings were sprayed with 30 mg/L of chlormequat once at the 7th day and twice at the 7th and 11th day after grafting respectively and were detected for the morphological and physiological indices at the six-leaf stage.The results showed that the internode length shortened,the sixth internode length decreased by 5.0 cm,the main root length decreased b...
