棉籽壳木质素提取工艺的初步研究

摘    要:棉籽壳是我国棉产区的大量副产物,是极有开发价值的资源,介绍了棉籽壳的研究现状,阐述木质素提取分离的方法,通过预处理分离棉籽壳中半纤维素后,采用高沸醇溶剂法制备木质素,对棉籽壳木质素的提取工艺进行了初步研究,结果表明: 反应温度215℃,高沸醇( 乙二醇) 浓度80%,反应时间为2h,料液比为1:8,木质素收率可达到18. 64%,高沸醇溶剂可以循环利用。

Abstract:A considerable amount of by-product from cotton seed hulls are produced in cotton-producing areas of China which is of great developmental potential resource. Researches of cotton seed shell were introduced and methods of extraction and separation of lignin were summarized in this paper. The extraction method was: after hemicelluloses of cotton seed shell was separated, preparation of lignin using high boiling solvent was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were: reaction temperature was at 215℃, ethylene glycol concentration was 80%; reaction time was 2h, and ratio of material to liquid was 1∶ 8; the yield of lignin was 18. 64%; the high boiling solvent( HBS) could be recycled.
