湖南米虾属一新种(十足目:匙指虾科)

采自湖南保靖的米虾属一新种——保靖米虾Caridina baojingensis sp.nov。与狭掌米虾Caridina leptopropoda Liang略似,但额角短,额角齿通常无或少;第三步足指节宽短,腹缘活动少,雄性第一腹肢内肢的内缘末端2/5处凹陷较深;尾节背面的背侧刺对数少;第三、五步足掌节腹缘的刺少。模式标本存放湖南农学院。

A NEW SPECIES OF CARIDINA FROM HUNAN, CHINA (DECAPODA:ATYIDAE)

The present paper describes a new species of Caridina collected fromHunan Province in Aug. 1990. The type specimens are kept in Hunan AgriculturalCollege. The new species is Caridina baojingensis sp. nov. Rostrum is short,reaches the middle of the first segment of the antennular peduncle, and mostlywith out teeth. The anterolateral angle has no pterygostomian spine. Carpus of the1 st peraeopod 1.7~1.9 times as long as the width. Propodus of the 3 rdperaeopod is about 4.2~5.1 times as long as dactylus, which is about 2.5~2.9 times as long as wide and bears 5~7 spinules. The new species differs fromCaridina leptopropoda Liang in the following features: 1.rostrum is short, andmostly unarmed with teeth; 2.the dactylus of 3 rd preacopod is short and wider,the spines of it are less in number; 3.it's deeply concave at the distal 2/5 ofthe inner border of the endopod of 1 st male pleopod; 4.the dosal spinules of thetelson are less in number; 5.the spinules of the propodus of the 3 rd and 5 th legsare less in number.
