栽培稻与紧穗野生稻回交后代的细胞学与褐飞虱抗性鉴定

摘    要:】对栽培稻02428与原产于乌干达的紧穗野生稻的BC2F1和BC1F2世代植株进行了细胞学研究,分离出单体异源附加系155份和易位系184份;抗褐飞虱特性鉴定表明,28个单体异源附加系和48个易位系表现抗虫。

Abstract:Cytology of 415 BC 2F 1 and BC 1F 2 plants in crosses, Oryza sativa cv. 02428 vs. two accessions of O.eichingeri from Uganda, were studied. 155 monosomic alien addition lines and 184 introgression lines were identified. Further studies showed that 28 monosomic alien addition lines and 48 introgression lines were resistant to brown planthopper.
