摘    要:通过室内测定和田间多点试验,明确了吡虫啉对小麦上禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi(L.)]具有优异的生物活性,处理后48h的致死中浓度为0.11mg/L,40mg/L浓度处理麦株后22天的残留活性为89.9%;每hm~2用20%吡虫啉60~75g可以有效地防治小麦穗蚜的发生为害,持效期可达20天左右,用手动喷雾和弥雾具有同样的防治效果。田间施用吡虫啉可增产11%~18%。

Abstract:The paper showed that there was an excellent biological activity of imidaclo-prid against Rhopalosiphum padi (L. ) with bioassays and plot experiments. The LC50 value was 0. 11mg/L on the 48h after treatment. The effective residue was 89. 8% on the 22th day in a greenhouse pot test. Its control effect remained for 20 days after application of 12 - 15 g ai/hm2 in the field. The effectiveness of imidacloprid with different methods of application showed no significant difference. The yield of the test plots had increased by 11% -18% over the checked plots.
