摘    要:研究了灵芝、大球盖菇和4个香菇菌株的傅立叶变换红外光谱(Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy,FTIR).试验结果表明,3种食用菌具有各自的特征FTIR谱图,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱可鉴别.

Abstract:The spectrograms of Ganoderma lucidum,Stropharia rugoso-annulata and four Lentinula edodes strains were studied using Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR).The results indicated that these three kinds of edible fungi could be identified with FTIR because they had specific spectrograms resp.
