住宅小区环境改造设计——以西南林学院住宅小区为例

住宅小区环境改造是一项复杂而系统的工程,以西南林学院住宅小区环境改造为例,基于“以人为本,物为人用”的原则,提出“六区一环、住宅绿地景观均衡分布”的设计理念,为满足小区居民的各种生活需求并实现一定的景观效果,就住宅小区（特别是住宅老区）环境改造中如何根据现状条件,因地制宜创造特色环境的设计方法进行探讨。

Reforming Design of the Residential Quarter of Southwest Forestry College

It is a complex and systematic project to reform the environment of old residential quarters. A designing idea of "One greenery circle surrounds six blocks and the greenery land in this residential districts distributes evenly" was put forward in this paper based on the principle of "All the designing and provisions are just for people' better living".Requirements for the residents in their daily lives were better satisfied and a specific landscape effect was obtained through the design. Some design ways to create specific landscape in older residential quarters according to the present conditions were discussed
