农用潜水泵内部流场的CFD数值模拟

摘    要:针对同一叶轮配不同导流器,通过试验分析,探索提高潜水泵效率的途径。通过CFD数值计算,预测了250QJ125型潜水泵配两种导流器的性能,将解析法求得的潜水泵最佳工况点与模拟试验结果进行了比较,其结果较为吻合。经对两种导流器内部的速度场和压力场分析,提出了增加导流器长度、增大导叶片进口冲角和壁角等方法,以提高潜水泵的效率,并根据计算进一步指出面积比系数基本能反映叶轮和导流器的适配关系。

Abstract:The research of improving diving pump efficiency has been done to different guide vane on basis of the same impeller by the way of experiment.By CFD simulation ,the performance curve of 250QJ125 diving pump has been created,the results anastomosis by comparison between the best operation points to diving pump by analytical method and simulation test results.It can be drawed that increase the guide vane's length,increase incidence and endwall can improve the diving pump's performance by analysis the velocity...
