甘肃省旅游资源系统综合评价

甘肃省是一个旅游资源大省,但并非一个旅游产业大省。它选取具代表性的五类旅游资源(国家级风景名胜区、国家级自然保护区、国家级森林公园、国家历史文化名城、国家级重点文物保护单位),基于西部、全国背景,并建立甘肃与邻近省区(陕西、四川、宁夏与青海)的比照系统,分别从其丰度、分布密度(面积相对密度与人口相对密度)、综合优势度、资源类型组合状况等方面系统加以评价,以把握甘肃省旅游资源的真实基础和相对优势,为针对性制定旅游资源开发策略提供依据。上述系统评价的主要结论如下:1)基于西部和全国背景,能够体现甘肃旅游资源特质和影响力的五类主要旅游资源的数量大多均比较可观。从分布的面积相对密度看,甘肃是个旅游资源较集中的省份,特别是国家级自然保护区与国家级森林公园,分布集中优势最为明显。从人口相对密度看,一方面甘肃人有丰富的旅游资源可以享受,另一方面甘肃旅游资源的本地客源市场不大,需开拓省外市场。2)与甘肃省在西部、全国的情况不同的是,甘肃与邻近四省区(陕西、四川、宁夏、青海)相比,其主要旅游资源的集中优势却不够突出,但潜在地方客源方面,除历史文化名城外,其他旅游资源的潜在客源市场还可以,需要稳固和保持。3)与邻近四省区(陕西、四川、宁夏、青海)相比,甘肃省旅游资源的综合优势度偏低(基于人口相对密度的综合优势度排第3位、基于面积相对密度的综合优势度排第4位),其旅游业发展面临来自周边的现实竞争压力很大,但总体上甘肃大多主要旅游资源与这四个省区的配套能力较强,有利于它们的协同与综合开发。

Synthetic Evalution on Tourist Resources in Gansu Province

Though of its abundant tourist resources but Gansu is not a big province which is fomous for its tourism insdustry.Based on the representative tourist resources such as National scenic area,National forest park,National nature reserve zone,National historic city and National key memorial halls and former residence of celebrities,The key contents of tourist resources such as the plentifulness,distributing density,integrative superiority,matching status of them were evaluted,in order to know real basic of tourist resources in Gansu Province and further to supervise their proper develoment. Mainly conclusion: 1) On the background of western region or whole country and as view from the area-density of five mainly tourist resources indicating their characteristics and influence,Gansu belongs to one of provinces with concentated tourist resources,specially with National forest park,National nature reserve zone.But as view from the population-density of them on the one hand people in Gansu can enjoy rich tourist resources,on the other hand the regional tourist market in Gansu is small and need to expand outside the province. 2) Different from the situation of Gansu in western region or whole country mainly tourist resources of Gansu are not more concentrated Compared with those of four provinces(Shannxi,Sichuan,Ningxia,Qinghai).But the potential markets of mainly tourist resources in Gansu show common or even good expect National historic city. 3) Compared with the comprehensive advantage of mainly tourist resources of the four provinces that of Gansu is so low that much competiton from the four provinces must be up against for improving the tourism industry in Gansu.But better matching of different tourist resources between Gansu and the other province helps to development them jointly and synthetically.
