导入外源DNA改良玉米自交系

摘    要:该项目研究是将优良玉米自交系丹340、巴西抗病玉米杂交种以及大豆的总DNA,通过花粉管通道法分别导入玉米自交系7922、E28和黄428,对花粉管导入技术进行研究。改良7922自交系的株高和穗位比对照平均降低44 cm和22 cm;改良E28自交系S6的抗病性显著提高;改良黄428自交系A33和A35的干物质含量明显增加。

Abstract:The technology of DNA delivering into maize through pollen tube has been studied in this report.The total DNA of the superior maize inbred lines Dan340,the disease resistant Brazil maize hybrids and that of soybean have been delivered into maize inbred lines 7922,E28 and Huang428 by using this technology.The plant and ear height of improved maize inbred lines 7922 is 44 cm and 22 cm lower than that of 7922.S6,which is the improved E28,is more resistant to maize diseases.The dried plant of A33 and A35,which are the improved Huang428,are heavier than Huang428.
