雾培对黄瓜植株生长的影响

摘    要:采用山崎黄瓜营养液配方,通过比较雾培、液培和基质培对黄瓜生长的影响,探讨了雾培黄瓜植株生长发育的特点.结果表明,在植株的地上部分,雾培黄瓜的株高、茎粗及叶面积均大于液培和基质培两种栽培方式;叶绿素含量和光合速率等指标也有明显增加;在根系方面,雾培植株的根系长度、根系体积、伤流液体积及其盐含量等也有明显增加;在产量方面,雾培黄瓜植株的坐果率、平均单果重和单株产量均有所提高,说明雾培可促进黄瓜植株的旺盛生长,提高养分吸收和光合作用,增加黄瓜果实的产量.

Abstract:With the Yamasaki cucumber nutrient solution, effects of areoponic culture (AC),solution culture (SC)-and media culture(MC) on the growth and development of cucumber plant were investigated.The results showed that the plant height, stem width and leaf area are higher than other cultures, the content of chlorophyll and photosynthesis were increase with AC, compared with the SC and MC, in the "root",and the root length, root volume, bleeding sap volume and the contents of salt were increased with AC.in the "yields",the number of average fruit set per plant, average fruit weight and average yield per plant could also be increased with AC.The results indicated that aeroponics culture might promote the abilities of growth,development and yields of cucumber plant.
