摘    要:采用随机区组设计,研究在大田条件下不同氮量和氮源对烤烟根系生长发育的影响。结果表明:施用无机氮处理能够较快提高前期根系中淀粉含量,但后期有所下降;施用有机氮处理能够持续提高根系中淀粉含量,在生长后期能够提高根系干重和根体积日增长率。综合来看,以施78.0 kg/hm2(含15.0 kg有机氮)为好。

Abstract:The experiment with random blocks was conducted to elucidate the effects of different levels and sources of nitrogen on growth and development of flue-cured tobacco root system. The results showed that application of inorganic N could increase starch content quickly at the early stage, and reduce the content at the late stage. The application of organic N could continually enhance starch content, and improve the growth rate of volume and dry weight of root system at the late stage. In conclusion, the application of 78.0 kg/ha (15.0 kg/ha organic N was contented) given the better effect.
