摘    要:旅游投诉是评价一个地区旅游服务质量高低的主要因素之一,是改善旅游服务质量的重要切入点;通过对旅游投诉的研究,能够为提高旅游服务质量提供合理的建议和切实可行的应对措施。以桂林市为例,通过分析其数量、分布领域、投诉途径以及处理结果满意度等,找出旅游服务中存在的问题,分析了问题的原因,并提出了提高旅游服务质量的对策。
