摘    要:[目的]采用HPLC法测定向日葵盘绿原酸的含量。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法。其中,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),甲醇-冰醋酸-乙腈(18∶35∶2)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为327 nm。[结果]绿原酸在3.24~89.21 μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:C=23.63A-3.98,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.12%,RSD=0.27%。[结论]所建方法准确可靠,操作简便,稳定性好,可用于绿原酸生产的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to determine chlorogenic acid content in sunflower plate based on using HPLC method.Method] Chlomgenic acid was determined by HPLC method.Hypersil ODS(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-glacial acetic acid-acetonitrile(18∶35∶2))at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set on 327 nm.Result] The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 3.24-89.21 μg/ml.The regression equation was C=23.63A-3.98,(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.12%,with RSD of 0.27%.Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and stable,and it can be used for the quality control of sunflower plate.
