农机服务产业组织结构与机制创新研究

目前,我国农业机械化水平较低,农机服务产业组织化程度不高是其重要原因之一。因此,要提高农业机械化水平,提高生产效率和实现补贴效益的最大化,关键是要加强农机服务组织建设,大力推进农机服务产业化。为此,指出了我国农机服务产业化的内涵与特征,总结了近年来各地开展农机作业服务的主要模式和运行机制,分析了存在的问题,提出了加强农机服务组织建设、培育和创新农机服务模式及运行机制的政策建议,以推动农机服务产业化的发展。

Study on the Organization Structure and Mechanism Innovation for Agricultural Machinery Service Industry

The intensions and features of China agricultural machinery service industrialization were proposed. This paper summed up main models, operational mechanism and problems of agricultural machinery service in late years. Suggestions were proposed on the promoting policies of strengthening construction of agricultural machinery service organization, cultivating and innovating agricultural machinery service models and operational mechanism for the development of agricultural machinery service industrialization.
