摘    要:在对以不饱和聚酯树脂和玻璃纤维布为关键制作材料的8 m3农村户用玻璃钢沼气池的结构设计、性能参数、加工工艺等质量性能进行测试的基础上,以混凝土沼气池为对照,对其产气效果进行了初步研究。结果表明,沼气池的玻璃钢平均产气可达0.442 L.L-1.d-1,而混凝土的只有0.299 L.L-1.d-1,前者比后者提高了47.8%;沼气中甲烷的平均体积分数,玻璃钢的可达0.496 L.L-1,而混凝土的只有0.430 L.L-1,前者比后者提高15.3%。

Abstract:This paper tested quality performance of 8 m3 biogas digesters made of glass fibe reinforced plastic, including design structure, performance parameters, machining process, etc, and evaluated the biogas production efficiency in contrast with concrete digesters,. The results showed that the average biogas production rate of the GFRP biogas digesters can reached 0.442 L·L-1·d-1, 47.8% increase compared with 0.299 L·L-1·d-1 in the concrete digesters. The average concentration of methane in biogas made by the GFRP biogas digesters reached 0.496 L·L-1, 15.3% increase compared with 0.430 L·L-1 in the concrete digesters. The study of the GFRP biogas digesters has a certain reference value for commercialization, industrialization and standardization of biogas digesters.
