| 摘 要： | 采用聚胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术，对湖南邵东8个黄花菜品种的过氧化物同工酶、酯酶同工酶和淀粉同工酶进行了酶谱测定，并对其同工酶谱带进行分析和比较。结果表明：供试8个品种均有一条共同持征谱带，同时又蕴含着丰富多态性，因而根据谱带表型可以有效地鉴定黄花菜品种。

| Abstract: | The authors have measured the character of peroxisom isoenzyme and esterase isoenzyme,esterase isoenzyme of eight kinds of Hemerocallis citrina variety from Shaodong of Hunan province,PRC with PAGE.The analysis and comparison of isoenzyme pattern result in one similar characteristic pattern and abundant polymorphic,andthe isoenzyme pattern can effectively identify the different kind of hemerocallis citrina. |
