铜对水生动物生理及毒性作用研究进展

摘    要:综述了铜在水生动物体内的蓄积、分布及影响因素,过量铜对组织的损伤作用,铜对抗氧化酶、代谢酶和Na+-K+/ATPase活性的影响,以及铜在机体非特异性免疫和金属硫蛋白合成诱导中的作用。

Abstract:Copper is a trace element essential to aquatic animals,it involves in the growth and development of animals.When copper is in excess of the requirement limit of animals,copper would become a toxicological element.This article reviewed the physiological function and toxicological effects of copper on aquatic animals,including the accumulation and distribution of copper in various tissues,the activation and inhibition of copper to anti-oxidative enzymes,metabolic enzymes and Na+-K+/ATPase,and the impacts of copper on nonspecific immunity and synthesis of metallothionein protein in aquatic animals.
