| 摘 要： | 以观赏海棠不同组织为试材,用常用的CTAB法、异硫氰酸胍法及Tris-硼酸法,比较其提取RNA的质量和纯度。结果表明:CTAB法提取RNA成本低、RNA质量较高;异硫氰酸胍法提取RNA的质量好、纯度高、提取效率高;而Tris-硼酸法则较不适合于果实类多酚多糖组织的RNA提取。

| Abstract: | CTAB method,Guanidine thiocyanate method and Tris-borate method were employed to isolate total RNA from different organizations of Malus crabapple.The quality and quantity of RNA were compared among the three methods.The results showed that RNA extracted by Guanidine Thiocyanate method had good quality and high purity,and the CTAB method had low expense,while Tris-borate method was not fit for RNA extraction from the fruits with polyphenols and polysaccharides organizations. |
