| 摘 要： | 目的]为克服产生ESBLs细菌的耐药性,指导临床合理用药,控制兽医临床的感染性疾病。方法]用试管二倍稀释法测定了他唑巴坦钠以1∶8、1∶7、1∶6、1∶5、1∶4、1∶3、1∶2、1∶1与头孢噻呋联合对产生ESBLs细菌的最小抑菌浓度值。结果]他唑巴坦钠以1∶8与头孢噻呋联合对产生ESBLs细菌的最小抑菌浓度值较头孢噻呋单药降低了16倍。结论]应该进行兽用他唑巴坦复方制剂的研究。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to overcome drug resistance of the ESBLs producing bactera,instruct to use the veterinary drug in clinic,and control infected diseases.Method] The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of different ratio of Tazobactam and Ceftiofur to ESBLs producing bacteria was determined by tube double dilution method.Result] The MIC of Tazobactam and Ceftiofur ratio 1∶8 to ESBLs producing bacteria reduced sixteen times compared with Cetiofur only.Conclusion] It was valuable to study compound preparation of Tazobactam for animal. |
