噻嗪酮在茶叶中残留与消解过程的气相色谱研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱法研究了茶叶中噻嗪酮的残留量及其消解过程,结果表明:噻嗪酮在茶叶中的降解在喷药后的前15d较快,而后明显减缓,喷药后15d的茶叶中噻嗪酮的降解速率达99%以上,残留量在0.3mg·kg-1以内,但喷药后25d茶叶中噻嗪酮残留量仍大于0.010mg·kg-1,建议喷药15d后为采茶安全期.本文还对我省使用噻嗪酮防治茶树假眼小绿叶蝉的最佳使用期作了探讨.

Abstract:The results showed that the degradation speed of buprofezin in tea was much quickly during the first fifteen days after buprofezin spraying, and then obviously slowed down. The degradation rate of buprofezin in tea was more than 99% and the remaining contents were less than 0.3mg·kg-1 on the fifteenth day after spraying, but the remaining contents of buprofezin in tea on the twentyfifth day after spraying were still higher than 0.010mg·kg-1, That the period after spraying fifteen days was safety time for picking tea was suggested, and the best spraying period of Buprofezin to prevent and control Empoasca vitis(Gothe) on tea tree in Fujian Province was also discussed.
