| 摘 要： | 本试验以禾本科牧草为研究对象,从人工种植的无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)、披碱草(Elymus dahuri-cus)和野生牧草老芒麦(E.sibiricus)、野生冰草(Agropyroncristatum)、羊草(Leymus chinensis)上共分离得到8株异型发酵乳酸菌(Lactobacillus),依据生理生化试验方法,将8株异型发酵乳酸菌鉴定到种的水平,其中布氏乳杆菌(L.buchneri)4株、短乳杆菌(L.brevis)2株、果糖乳杆菌(L.fructivorans)2株。通过测定8株异型发酵乳酸菌的生长曲线和产酸速率,研究这8株异型发酵乳酸菌的生长特性,最终筛选出生长速度快、产酸性能好、适宜用作青贮饲料添加剂的2株布氏乳杆菌。

| Abstract: | Eight strains of heterofermentative lactobacillus were identified from Bromus inermis,Elymus dahuricus,E.sibiricus,Agropyron cristatum,Leymus chinensis,including L.buchneri(4 strains),L.brevis(2 strains),L.fructosus(2 strains).Two strains of L.buchneri were identified and considered as a kind of ensile additives,with high growth speed and great ability of acid-production. |
