| Abstract: | The increase of CO2 concentration in atmosphere leads to the rise of air temperature over the earth and causes climatic disasters,which produce great ill effects on human existence and economic activities.An analysis was made of the effect of the increasing CO2 concentration on all aspects of forest trees.According to the result of analysis the author suggests a strategy and some measures in respect of forest tree breeding,silviculture and forest administration and management.The Chinese government is much concerned with the increase of CO2 concentration in atmosphere and the climatic change over the globe.In 1991,the State Science and Technology Commis-sion made it an important task to tackle the problem.The circle of forestry in China has begun to study the effect of increasing CO2 concentration in atmosphere and the climatic change of forests in China. |
