| Abstract: | The influence of relative humidity on several aspects of the biology of citrus red mite, Panonychus citri , has been analysed. Five constant RH values (45, 55, 65, 75, 85%), with a fixed constant temperature of 25±2°C, have been studied. An RH of 65% was optimal for mite development and egg-laying potential, providing a maximum rm value of 0.145. |
